Handling Time
Please allow 2 business days to process your order before it is shipped. The shipping method is the transit time once the product is shipped, not how fast the product will reach you once your order is placed.
Choosing unsliced bread or duck bread may delay your order as these are made to order items.
Refunds
Due to our products being perishable grocery items, we do not accept returns once the package has left our facility, whether packaging or products are unopened or opened. Any products that are returned will be discarded. This goes for online or store bought. If there is an issue with the product please take photos, record the lot number and contact us. All food sales are final.
Shipping
We are now shipping via UPS as they have been more reliable than the post office. Orders to the West Coast takes about 4-5 business days using Ground. If Ground is selected for West Coast orders, that order will be shipped on the following Monday. Most orders are shipped Monday-Thursday depending on destination.
