Caribbean does not sell (as such term is defined in the CCPA) the Personal Information we collect.
You have the right to request the deletion of your Personal Information collected or maintained by Caribbean. In order to verify your request, we will ask you to provide your name, email address, and certain other pieces of identifying information. Once you have submitted this information and any necessary supporting documentation, we will confirm the information by reviewing it against our records to verify your identity. You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment by Caribbean for exercising the privacy rights granted by the CCPA. In order to exercise the rights described above, you may designate an authorized agent to make a request under CCPA on your behalf.

Caribbean reserves the right to update or change its Privacy Policy at any time, whereupon Caribbean will update this Privacy Policy accordingly.
