(“Caribbean” or “Us” or “We” or “Our”) is committed to protecting Your privacy and information in accordance with applicable legal and industry standards. This privacy policy is applicable only to Caribbean. Caribbean is not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of any third parties.

VI. CARIBBEAN FOOD DELIGHTS, INC.’S ASSURANCE TO YOU

Caribbean will not share or disclose your Personal Information to any third party, except if you have consented to such disclosure or when governing law requires Caribbean to do so.  Caribbean will not sell your Personal Information to any third party.

When you use the Caribbean Website as a guest or as an account holder, cookies may be stored on your computer or handheld device. In order to verify your request, we will ask you to provide your name, email address, and certain other pieces of identifying information. Once you have submitted this information and any necessary supporting documentation, we will confirm the information by reviewing it against our records to verify your identity.

For the categories of Personal Information, we have collected over the past twelve (12) months, or may collect about you, the categories of sources from which such information is collected, the business and/or commercial purposes for collecting such information, the categories of third parties to whom that information is disclosed and the business and/or commercial purposes of disclosing such information, please refer to Sections I-IV & VII of this Privacy Policy.

Caribbean does not sell (as such term is defined in the CCPA) the Personal Information we collect.

You have the right to request the deletion of your Personal Information collected or maintained by Caribbean. You may submit a consumer request to delete this information by emailing us at customerservice@royalcaribbeanbakery.com or by calling us at 1-800-25-Patty (72889). In order to verify your request, we will ask you to provide your name, email address, and certain other pieces of identifying information. Once you have submitted this information and any necessary supporting documentation, we will confirm the information by reviewing it against our records to verify your identity. For further details on how to request that we update or delete your Personal Information, please refer to Section IV of this Privacy Policy.

You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment by Caribbean for exercising the privacy rights granted by the CCPA. In order to exercise the rights described above, you may designate an authorized agent to make a request under CCPA on your behalf.

XII. EFFECTIVE DATE AND POLICY CHANGES

This Privacy Policy is effective as of January 1, 2020.

Caribbean reserves the right to update or change its Privacy Policy at any time, whereupon Caribbean will update this Privacy Policy accordingly. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this webpage. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.

Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page. You agree that your continued use of the Caribbean Website after changes to our Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of those changes.
